Relocating Again!

It is exciting to relocate to a new house, most especially if the place, no matter how small, is already yours and will be fully yours after sometime. You feel like visiting the pad from time to time while it is still under construction. And most of all, your eyes are again busy looking for artwork for sale.

You feel like beautifying the small quarter that you have. The unit will be turned over polished but then just as any rent to own pad, it is all white and lucky you if you have a built-in cabinet in there but most of the time, you will shoulder every furnishing that is necessary, not to mention there are lots of extras for adornment. It is fun to see if the small bathroom would just look nice with shower curtain or spending extra for glass door will be ambitious for a pad that is just a few square meters big. But come to think of it, monthly amortizing for it is too much and spending for 5 cans of paint may already be a burden just to add glam to a small pad. But who cares?!! Imagining a small quarter on a process of beautification at night is not an inconvenience to anyone, anyway! Then, go to the max of envisioning as to how your small and cheap investment will look like. Maybe, an abstract wall painting will work instead of landscape. A contemporary rug that is of black or grayish in color will be better than the classic Persian rug. And funny how your imagination went on to extending the pad to include Jacuzzi indoors when in fact, you know very well, it is just a couple of tiny people to fit in the entirety of the unit.

Maybe a little artwork for sale can fit the budget but it is not what you are thinking. You think of layers of colors from ceiling to the wall, glass doors for the bathroom and to divide a small room into two. You want your built-in cabinet to be simple but maybe of the same kind of door again to match the rest. There is what you call kitchen cabinet, as well, because it is just a counter top that is included. Ohh, before you sleep tight, don’t forget about furniture and appliances to complete the interior. But then again, you look around and you see your old pieces need relocation, as well, which means what you have around you will be with you as you move in to your new nest. And yes, thank God, you do not want them left, anyway!

A Girl’s Dream

Every girl wonders how it feels like to live in a castle or at least in a palace and be like a true princess. It must be fantastic to dress in gown and wear a crown of gems everyday. Surely this does not happen anymore in real life because even in today’s queens and princesses, they wear what the commoners do.

They do not look like artworks for sale anymore but real people on the go. Even the classic queens and princesses appreciate modern art too than classic landscape. But then, it is nice to imagine the people of the castle before when the princesses wore too heavy clothes and headdresses. It seems like they were the only burden they carried given that there were privileged in so many ways except that all eyes were in their majesty. And because these queens and princesses are public figures, they are showbiz personalities and politicians rolled into one. That could be the biggest challenge in their situation. But whatever that is, it is the adoration and respect of the king to the queen and the youthful love and infatuation of the prince to his princess that make being in the throne a subject of envy for many girls. It is a rite of passage to young girls to dream of becoming a princess, someday. Aside from the fact that each seemed to have a destined prince charming that a princess will meet along her journey through life, young girls love the fashion, too. Theirs is a combination of classic and glam. They are just an epitome of luxury and if there is a wall painting where they are used as subjects, expect such art to cost millions. And going back to love, despite everyone deserves it-- be it a commoner or a royalty, young girls think it is just those who wear the crown who are truly happy, not knowing the reality that it is just all fantasy.

So the question will be where would the other stuff go? One quite good thing about small condominium units is that it can be turned to apartment or just simply one room for rent. Make it furnished and you can expect some more. Buy art online and get the best deal to make the little room quite nice to look at. Studio units are too small to accommodate a couple yet many would love to invest in these little pads which actualize young girls’ typical game of owning a house when they were little.

We remember how we played with our doll and allotted some space for us where we can pretend running our own little home. This is how young adults feel when they own at least one that they can fully settle through instalment.
