Channel your Spending

It is nice to age when you passed your youthful stage. It is like a wall painting that is moving to antiquity and the more it becomes vintage, the dearer it gets. From clothes and shoes which you have not totally outgrown, you keep on thinking of properties to get. Simply put, you want your future secured given that you know you have no one to lean on and you have a child to raise, not to mention.

To be young is wonderful and fun. You think of where to go during weekends. You spend everything you have for clothes, shoes, and anything to make you beautiful. This is exactly what the feeling of being in love is like. It makes you youthful. You always want to look good and you think of places where you and the other person can visit. But as you pass the stage of being in love, or simply pass your youthful stage, your spending is channelled to the right direction. It is investment. Of whether the item is a wise investment or not, what matters is that it is an asset and the money you work for is remitted to something that has value. Specially to people who are born to spend, such quality can be very positive when money is put to the right place because for spenders, money cannot just stay in the bank, it has to be spent somewhere else like artworks for sale. This is why if there are species on earth who are amassing properties, then it must be the ladies who are known to spend in their youth. Men who spend too much on gadgets, on the other hand, had no sense of the value of money. They are not the ones who would get attracted to properties, more likely. Because as how it looks, they are willing to put their hard -earned income over things that depreciate knowing that gadgets are too much when it comes to their cost.

Wall paintings are good investment, too. But these are acknowledged and appreciated by the art lovers. Those who love properties would rather invest on such. The logic is we invest happily on things that we are interested at. And consider them of no value no matter how valuable they are of such are beyond their interest.
